[at-l] Rock Gap shelter

I stopped by Rock Gap on Friday. I wanted to see if any NOBO were there
but because it was about 3pm I really didn't expect to find anyone. I
left a note in the log and a few snacks, hopefully that will be
encouraging to folks.

The shelter is in great shape and a new moldering privy has been
installed. I cleaned out the spring behind the shelter, it was flowing
great. I think we've had more rain this winter than we did last year. I
hope all the springs are in as good a shape as this one.  Hopeful
