Pardon me. I only meant that it is common advice although not
considered appropriate medical advice. 

My kids ate dirt.

Off topic, but one of the great diseases of urban living associated
with unanticipated consequences of sanitation was polio. Polio has been
banished from the Western Hemisphere, and probably accounted for less
than 200 victims last year. The next 3 years are a major push to
eliminate the last traces of this disease. If you meet a Rotarian,
thank them for the hundreds of millions spent, centuries of manhours,
and support of the WHO. Maybe you will want to be part of effort to see
the second disease eliminated from the face of the earth.
