[at-l] The $1.50 rain gear

This is one of the neatest posts I have read here in oh-so-long! and
reminds me of why i really need to move to a different community:
somewhere there must be a place where one could purchase a box of
Hefties, and in that inspired fever with which we are all familiar, say
to the clerk "Let me see those scissors, I can't wait!", and as you
piroette in polyethlene, fellow shoppers murmer: "brilliant!",
"inspired", and "save one for me" as the shelf empties of cinch-saks.
Where I live now such a display would only elicit whispers of "They only
come in primary colors, how 'last year' ", "there's -no- way to
accessorize that"...
