I quite disagree.  Menstruation is a natural phenomenon that must be dealt
with on the trail.  If you take your wife or favorite girlfriend on the
trail and she has a problem, it might be beneficial for you to know what to
do.  Taking the standard male approach of ignoring such things would keep us
ignorant and uninformed.
