[at-l] signs

When I was down south the road crossings at the AT were marked with a
rounded triangular wooden sign that had (I believe) "AT" in the center, and
"National Scenic Trail" around the perimeter. When I was in Hot Springs I
actually stopped by the Forest Service office to ask where I could get
one.... they didn't know. Oh well...
