[at-l] backpack recommendations

The pack is the last purchase to consider. What is going into the pack
comes first. Why do you need 4500 ci? What gear and weight are you
considering? 

There are many choices, including the Kelty Flight which gets near that
volume if you add all of its packs and attachments - often purchased
for about $100. But I'd suggest working from the gear list before
heading toward the pack section at REI.
