[at-l] Vitamins and Supplements



I know it sounds counter productive - and thats pretty much what I said at
first.  But my brother was given the tip to pass on to me by a co-worker who
does adventure racing.  I was complaining about lack of energy & 'staying
power'.   I figured this guy must know something so I gave it a whirl -
besides, the advice was passed on via my mother - who did my maildrops.
guess what she sent me for breakfasts in my next maildrops???

I tried it and now i'm a believer.  I don't drink it alone, but mixed w/
carnation instant and often have a nutrigrain bar as well.

Dunno about you but on the trail most folks go after 
all the fat and calories they can get their hands on. 
It's almost impossible to carry or consume enough 
calories while in the woods.  You make up the defecits 
in your town stops.
