Re[2]: [at-l] Health Insurance

There are no good, cheap health insurance options -- except medicare for us over
age 65.

Keeping a company paid policy for six months with you paying the premiums is
the best option usually, if possible. COBRA guarantees some 18 months at group
rates and sometimes is a legally supported option. A high deductible policy
makes sense for healthy young people, especially if you rarely find the need
 for medical attention.

The trail is a pretty healthy place, especially if you hike wisely, starting
 slow and avoid reckless behavior.

Unfortunately, there is no cheap health care -- other than working to maintain
 good health.
