depends on what you wanna do w/ them...

w/ crackers - I'm a kippers fan - regular ( must be those swedish genes )

sardines in sauces - yukkers in normal situations..  i'm trying to train
myself to eat w/ angle hair pasta for future trail meals. the lemon one
isn't bad w/ capers added.  Likely its one of those things that tastes
better on the trail than in real life.
