[at-l] Denatured alcohol container

Denatured alcohol is Ethyl alcohol to which a poisonous substance, such as
acetone or methanol, has been added to make it unfit for consumption.
Simply put, grain alcohol (think of Everclear) spiked with a little wood
alcohol. Otherwise you'd need a liquor license to sell it.
