[at-l] Earls book?

When I was talking with Earl and his brother, they said the book was
supposed to be published some time during February.  I know it has been
delayed twice before, but this time they are hopeful since they already
have an unbound copy.

For anyone who didn't get to check it out... it's fantastic!  And I don't
say that lightly.  They had a professional photographer go along and take
pictures along the AT, not necessarily during Earl's hike.  Then the pages
in between contain writing by Earl, poetry he wrote recently, and while he
was overseas in the military.  Much of it speaks of a young man longing for
mountains and the wildness he misses.  Great stuff.  I can't find his site,
but if you check out Amazon.com and search for Earl Shaffer, or "The
Appalachian Trail; Calling me back to the hills" you should find info about
the book.
