[at-l] Hiking Workout program



I agree.  I find the best training to be loading the real weight of what I 
carry in the pack and walking approximately the same distances I'm shooting 
for on the trail for a couple of months of Saturdays and Sundays ahead of a 
hike.  That lets the appropriate muscles get their screaming out of the way 
ahead of time.
