IIRC, Baxter himself made the rule that no electronic]
devices may intrude.  Wasn't it a condition of the gift?
No cell phones back then so I don't think your example
holds.  If we want to follow Baxter's lead, we need to
ban radios as that was where his thinking lay.  I suspect
he was more concerned about music or sports blaring
through the woods.
