[at-l] the never ending threads

In Outlook Express you can, to a degree.

Under tools, click on message rules, then mail.  Then under the mail rules
tab you can not down load messages, & delete them from the server (or let
them download and the automatically delete them) based on subjects line
info, who they are from, etc.
