I can't do 10 words--I'd been a hiker/camper since my early teens, and I
had already committed to my thru-hike, (I know you said no "personal
challenges" but...) but both my girlfriend (soon to be x) and stepfather
said I could not do it.
I would have pulled my limp body along a mouth full of dirt at a time to
prove them wrong. Cedar Tree AT2k
