[at-l] Steel-Cut Oats

We get ours at the health food store. But we don't buy like the Health Food
Folks, just got 25# organic steel cut oats for $13.50 ( on sale), 25#
cracked wheat for $16.25, 50 # old Fashioned rolled oats ( not steam
pressed) for $18.50, and 25# of 7 grain cereal for $32.50. Shop around
usually the want to sell to you in there little "Granola Yuppie" sized bags
at about a 300% mark up, but if you shop around for enough you will sooner
or later find a store that will sell bulk to you to increase what they are
buying so they and you get a better price. We also get our soy beans bulk
from the health food store,
Beans we buy bulk at about 1/3 the supermarket price from Kennebec Bean Co.
here in Maine.
