Does anyone have any knowledge of the company
relations between Vaude and Deuter? I have a Vaude
AT-50, a discontinued model which I like. I may be
interested in a second for my girl. The new
Backbreaker Gear guide has the Deuter vario Futura 50
listed, which appears to be an identical pack. Both
packs keep the main body off your back with bent
stays, allowing great airflow in FL summers. They're
not lightweight, but very comfortable IMHO.
