[at-l] Tin Can Stove's at the PaRuck



You guys should check out the Kiwi can stove. Once he got the preheating
aspect figured out, Nighthawk (Eric Marcano) got a 3-minute 45-second
rolling boil from one ounce of alcohol!
 It was a blast furnace!
I would say that puts it right up there with the photons, and no nuts to
lose (or was that marbles...?). Easier to fill also, since one can take it
apart, pour, and reconnect.
Plus its a tad sturdier than a pepsi can. I'm gonna try to repeat his
experiments this weekend.
I am totally entranced with low-tech heating...
