Does anyone know who holds the current AT speed record. I met a guy at the Pine Grove Furnace Hostel on June 15, 2001 who was trying to break the record. His name was "Trail Dog" (Andy Thompson). This was the last time I was at the Hostel. He had just hiked 50 miles and was planning to go 55 miles the next day. I never heard if he broke Peter Palmers record. See you at the Ruck.
