The constitution generally does not restrict individual behavior vis a vis
another individual.
Indeed, the constitution restrains individuals against another in only one
respect, namely, slavery.
The constitution protects individuals from government, not from individual,
behavior.
"Community Spirit" in the good ole US of A refers to the market place, the
bazzar, of ideas which the first amendment protects from government
interference.
