[at-l] Re: (at-l) Leeches??? (and Roaches)



On the AT one time, I was being a good citizen and picking up others' trash.
I saw lots of pop top pulls along one section.  I saw one down in a crevice
and started to pick it up and it rattled at me.  Can you say LEVITATE!  

I thought it was a pop top pull.  Must have just been shiny scales 'cause
the Boy Scout troop that I play leap frog with along that section told me
about the "giant" rattler that the Scoutmaster tossed down the mountainside.
"It wasn't but about 6 feet long," he said.  

After this thread we may have a more deserted trail.

Y'all ever watched a snake climb a tree?  Doesn't it make you wonder if
