[at-l] Standing Bear Farm Hostel?

In April, during my hike, I stopped at Standing Bear Farm just north of
the Smokeys. It is run by Curtis and Maria. They had just started this
hostel and it was their first season of taking in hikers. Does anybody
know how they are doing and if the first season was a success? Maria was
due to have a baby and was planning to give birth at home.
