[at-l] No TV/VCR

We've got a monster TV with a DVD/VCR.

Anytime I have to sew anything, which is a lot between the outdoor gear and the medieval clothes,  I get a big stack of mindless sex and violence movies (anything with Arnold Swartzenegger) and watch them with one eye while cranking out projects with the other. The problem with quality programming is that I can't pay it enough attention and still do hand work.

And don't try to tear me away from my hour of Buffy. Pure chewing gum for the mind. Or for that matter, BBC America. Yes, I'm a British humor addict.

Now if someone was willing to read out loud to me while I worked; or, if there were great radio mysteries or dramas....
