[at-l] Fleece/Other Clothing Recommendations

At most, one t-shirt. Consider getting a flame orange poly shirt to
give you something to prepare for hunters. You will like the Midweight
top, as a primary base while in camp. Ditto the midweight bottoms while
hiking pants dry out and you stay warm. The Expedition bottoms are not
necessary, as your hiking pants (convertibles do work) and Precip pants
will keep you warm if walking in snow or rainy weather.

For gloves, consider cheap lightweight poly liners and heavier wool or
fleece windblock mittens or gloves. This gives you much more range.
Similarly, the balacava can be pretty lightweight and may be very
useful for sleepwear.

I like thick Smartwool socks without liners. The only time I've used
liners is with Vapor Barrier socks. Good socks and well fitted shoes
will not blister if you pay attention to hot spots and folds, including
removing boots and socks at least twice a day for "inventory."

A couple of midweight fleece uppers, or a vest and an long sleeve
fleece sweater are a good idea for layers.

Have you considered skivvies to help deal with chafing? Also, what hat
do you plan?
