[at-l] Frogg Toggs, good? bad?

I saw this things in a catalog then Rusty mentioned them. Are theses =
anygood? I have read that usually people get soaked no matter what they =
wear and are usually unhappy with their rain gear no matter how much =
they spent. For the cheep price and the light weight I was really =
interested. Any one have the 3xl of these? I'm a big boy and are =
wondering if these are going to fit.
