[at-l] Warming up after hiking.

Also, I've broken through ice on a stream while hiking, gone in over my
waders while fishing the partially frozen Susquehanna, etc.

That is the reason for a survival strategy.  I would NOT have wanted to
count on the "warm-while-wet" claims of ANY fabric to keep me alive, in any
of those cases.
