Real answer. 

This is where a balacava excells. Your nose stays covers and your
glasses are outside the vapor cloud. You still have to deal with
precipitation, especially rain, but fogging is less. You just have to
wear the thing tight over your nose and under the bottom edge of your
glasses. If wind and rain are too bad, then you put your glasses in
your pocket.
