Try a good quality Lexan "silverware" knife.

Subject: [at-l] Favorite Knife ?

Can anybody recommend their favorite knife
(and where to buy it).

I would like it to
a)weigh nothing.. :)
b) have a single blade.

Mainly to be used for cutting up fresh veggies,
apples, garlic, spreading peanut butter.

I saw a mention of a one ounce buck knife.. But I went
to their site, and didn't find it.

The Case knife I have is heavy, and has other blades.
I'm left handed, and don't like the right-handed
can-opener (or weight) of my current knife.

Thanks,
Karin
