[at-l] Advice for a Jerk(ie)



Yes and no.

I find some "made dishes" dehydrate fine.  Others, I dehydrate the
individual ingredients and combine in the field.

You put your finger on it when you mentioned some things drying faster than
others.

Sauces, items of approximately the same size generally work fine.  OTOH
something like my Brunswick Stew would not, as the corn would be little
brown grits by the time the limas were dry.

Judgment and experimentation is the rule and the fun.
