Miles hobbled - 15.5  on AT - 8.5
Nights out - 6  on AT - 5

The torn meniscus and two (knee) surgeries killed my hiking schedule this year.
I count myself fortunate to be back up to an average of three miles daily,
walking Sam.

As one neighbor once said;  "When I gots the time, I don't gots the money,
and when I gots the money I don't gots the time."
This year was somewhat worse than that.  So I will especially treasure the
time and memories I was able to make this year.
Like the Rattle Snake that made it's way through my campsite in CT Labor
Day Weekend.
