[at-l] Advice for a Jerk(ie)



I thought about that also, especially as the instructions appeared to
recommend raw meat for drying, followed by heating for 30 minutes at
160F in an oven. The meat I used was cooked, and actually I only dried
meat that had not been set out for our guests. After drying, I've put
it in baggies and put in the freezer.

I'll let you know if it kills me.
