Off year for me, what with sickness and injuries, but some accomplishments of
note.

A great hike in the Nantahalas. I extended my range into the Whites, which are
unlike any parts of the trail further south. Finished up New York. More
whittling away at the beautiful Tuscarora Trail. Met some great people, Tim and
Ralph and Jensine and saw Cosmo again. Did a lot of hiking with Ron.

Total 283 miles, 15 nights out. 73% of the Trail.

Hopes for next year: Solve this heel spur thing. Finish up the last 65 miles
gap in the south with Wesser to Newfound Gap. Complete CT/MA (40 miles). Maybe
in the fall get Hanover to VT 140 or some more of the Whites.
