THINK about it, along the Southeastern AT, the NOC is the most LOGICAL place, 
it has it ALL, at a fair price, directly on the TRAIL, in a BEAUTIFUL GORGE 
(with a river) and only 15 minutes from Bryson City.  Sounds like a NICE time.
