[at-l] Side trip suggestions for Year 2002 thru-hikers

An excellent list:

 I would add, hike to the bottom of Dunn Notch Falls, north of Grafton Notch in
 Maine. A loop trail takes you back to the AT.

 Spend a night at the Cabin in Andover and say hi to Margery and Earle. (sister
 and brother-in-law)

 Hike the Gulf Hagas Canyon. A loop reconnects to the AT, though purists will
 have to double back a mile or two.

 Stay at least one of the huts in the Whites  -- as a paying customer if you can
 afford it. You deserve it after walking all those miles.
