Correction, the new model of the Zip is made of titanium and weighs 10oz
(according to ZZ Inc http://spiderprod.com/zzstove/sierratt.html ) Of course
it costs 125.oo. Funny, I received 130.oo dollars in various Christmas gifts
from relatives. If I bought the titi Zip, I'd save six oz. which works out
to a
PPOS (price paid for ounce saved) of about 21. which is about standard for
titanium anything and better than most WMbags.

Looking at the pic, it also looks as if they have addressed the "tippy"
issue with a more stable support. But I'm not sure if it would still fit
in their one liter pot? Any one have the tripod version? Input?

Also available http://zzstove.com/mcart/ is a spark arrestor which I might
consider.
There are many times I'd take the zip but for the fear of an un-noticed
spark. Cheaper than I could build it...whaaduya think, Zippers?
Have you seen the sparks fly?

The rest of the gizmos are gizmos IMHO.
