[at-l] Vegan - was GARUCK LIST



Much of the usual trail menu is vegan with the emphasis on noodles,
rice and other grains. There is a need to supplement for additional
protein, calcium and minerals (including iron). Some multiple vits can
help, but careful attention to diet and choices including cheeses,
eggs, fish and such can make a complete diet.
