Take an old closed cell foam sleeping pad and cut a strip the height of
your pot out of it. Roll this around your pot and mark the length so it
fits snugly but not tight.=A0 Glue the butted ends together with contact
cement. Decide if you want an inside or an outside "top" to the cozy and pla=
ce
the cozy-ring on the foam pad. Cut with a sharp knife and glue with the
contact cement."

You can follow the same directions to make an insulated Nalgene for winter=20
water. A Nalgene wrapped in blue foam, fitted with a bottom piece, filled=20
with hot water, and kept inside your bag, will not freeze.
