[at-l] Cold weather hot drinks

I buy some "milk" spices from indian/pakistani/persian stores which enliven
sweetened tea with milk or without milk. It's a traditional spice mix that
includes, among other spices, cardamum, red pepper, black pepper, cinammon,
nutmeg, cloves, salt . . .

Starbucks has a "chai tea latte" which approximates these spices, but I
don't think they include the peppers.

That's tautologic name, too. Everywhere where they don't say "tea" they
say "chai" for the leaves we use to flavor water.

Have a tea tea latte?
