Readers? Lynn Setzers' book 'A Season on the Appalachian Trail' is a great 
AT101 text, it follows quite a few AT96 hikers north. The author uses the 
hiker's own words to describe their experiences. A great read!
Are they video watchers? Trailside did a great two parter several years back. 
Maine Rose was one of the hikers they documented that season.
