[at-l] recipes wanted

your favorite take-out, dehydrated. I've done Indian ( various korma, lamb
rogan josh, curry & tika masala type stuff ); Chinese - stir fry style items
work great they just don't keep *forever* cuz of the oil, but would be fine
for usage w/in month if store in freezer until leave & vac seal packed.;
Teriyaki - did lots of this and mom sent it to me on the trail in 2000...
nothing beats seattle teriyaki at Gooch Gap on a sorry rainy day!

Does anybody have any recipes for good ethnic food that can be cooked on
the trail? David Addleton, are you out there?...

Thanks-
