I got my Pur Hiker replaced free at the outfitters in Damascus & they sent
it back to PUR.  Maybe call a local outfitter to see if they do PUR hiker
stuff and they may be able to fix it or replace it if its not fixable.  The
MRO guys tried to fix mine and decided to just replace it.

Finally got around to looking for the address for PUR on-line, lots of
stores listed, but I'm looking for the actual company. My PUR Hiker spit
out the intake connection on the last hike, and I'd like to get it fixed or
replaced. Anyone have the address for the company?
