Since you have electricity:
You might look at the electric incinerating toilets.
You need a liner for each use, and can use the toilet while it 
is incinerating.  Every once in a while you have to empty the 
ash can.

You might not like the price of these either.
I was looking into these, for a cabin without enough land for
septic.
