[at-l] cleaning hydration bladder

Jim,
The last few years I've filled bladder 3/4 with water, add 1oz of household
bleach, shake it up, let stand 10 minutes, drain water out & rinse with tap
water several times.  Never had a problem using this method.

I have a hydration bladder that i have been using for about a year and i 
think it could use a decent cleaning.  I heard a light bleach / water 
mixture can be used but i am not sure how much bleach to use.  any 
suggestions?
