[at-l] Hikin' toenails

Those of us who routinely tie our boots tight need to be careful...

At the beginning of my thruhike, a lot of hikers were having a lot of foot
pain. Many tried tightening their boots to no avail. For many of us, the
solution was loosening our boots. Our feet were growing and that relieved a
lot of the pain. That being said, out feet were often lengthening, too and
we needed to have our boots stretched or just a pair of longer boots.
