[at-l] Origin of Trail Names

Trail names are the greatest but I've found that sometimes they can get
confusing. When I did the AT in '94 it seems like "Wild Bill" was the
most common name and sort of like being a Smith or Johnson is like off
the trail. I even found one other Lightningbolt! Not sure how it got
started but it sure is nice to finally have a "real" name.
