[at-l] New Baxter rules



Why did they think it was wrong to camp on the fields near the shelters?  Is
there any non-shelter camping allowed in BSP.  (That's in the same sense
that when you're in the Smokies, you "have" to stay in the shelter."  Oh,
and why limit the hikers to 12 at a time?  Why not just make provisions for
more hikers?  These rangers sound awfully anal to me.  <G>  anklebear
