[at-l] Connecticut Stealth



### FWIW, Weary, three years ago I posed (or attempted to pose)
EXACTLY these questions to the WMNF office, with particular interest
in the AT route and such, and got a VERY cold response. Did what I
thought was an extensive web search (there's alot from USFS, and a
bunch from the Whites) and NOWHERE found a definition of camping.
### If you happen to find one now, (or answers to *any* of your
questions, could you post it?
