### Yeah, dem boys was pretty well played out when we got to the
shows -- we had to sponge them out of the car and drip them into
their seats -- but the nap (shy kids that they are) was only prelude
to their waking up in time to fiddle around by the fire that night
till two-aye-em. (Where'd they learn *that*?) I wished they'd seen
more, but the Colorado Trail slides jazzed them up, and then the
I.A.T. business about walking with minimal trail to a coastline in
Canada...  so that we were *required* to climb Moosilauke on Sunday
-- who knows what might have happened if we squeezed in the
KK-hallway AT show.... Hoo-boy. 

Seems like this Thanksgiving may occur at the base of Red River Gorge
(KT) cliffs, with me simultaneously base-belaying two little boys
while they're still light enough....
