Hey Jason ~

I just did that section in September, it's awesome!

I got a shuttle from Mt. Rogers Outfitters there in Damascus (540-475-5416).
Great guys!  They've got a parking lot you can park in, plus they have a
hostel you can shower and clean up in after you roll into town.  I think
you'll end up paying $50-60?  I bought some other stuff in the store so I
don't remember what the amount was just for the shuttle.

If you don't find a ride I highly suggest MRO.
