[at-l] Join me in a moment of thanks.

Most of you might not have noticed, but I have been in lurk mode since
Tuesday.

I am basically a private person, INTJ -- especially about things personal.

So, as my son was sent to the WTC, I backed down. He is a USN Hospital
Corpsman -- trained in dealing with mass trauma in addition to being in
Spec. Ops.

As the time wears on, the need for mass trauma skills at the WTC are
reduced. So he is being returned to his unit.

His Spec. Ops. skills may soon put him back in harms way, but that is a way
of life for some of us, including my stepgrandson, who is currently in the
USMC.

So, I will take this time to thank many of you for your support and well
wishes and to remind some (who have opinions at odds with mine) that you,
and I, are free to voice those differences because of those who serve.
Remember the summary of those in the service, "All gave some, some gave
all."
